我今年五年級，一直以來根本對英文毫無興趣。直到我遇見一位專門教英文的老師，才使我對英文產(chǎn)生了濃厚的興趣。這位英文老師是我五年級的老師。我們都叫他Sir，或是張老師。Sir的年紀有點大，看起來六十歲或七十歲。

很多老師說Sir是學(xué)校的老臣子，經(jīng)驗豐富，在學(xué)校服務(wù)多年，讓他教我們英文真是三生有幸。Sir很嚴肅，不平易近人，就因為這樣很少同學(xué)愿意聽他的課和很少老師和他談話。每當(dāng)在上英文課時，同學(xué)們似乎把Sir當(dāng)作是“透明人”一樣當(dāng)作他不存在，你說你的，我說我的。

我是班長，每個星期三我都得去辦公室把功課交給老師。我看見老師們都有說有笑，唯有Sir獨自一人看英文書，讓感覺我好心酸。

老師們?nèi)张我丫玫慕處煿?jié)終于來臨了！老師們穿得漂漂亮亮的來學(xué)校。表演已開始了，我望來望去都看不到Sir的蹤影。我感到好奇怪呀，全校的老師都下來了，怎么沒看到Sir呢？我去到辦公室順道把教師節(jié)禮物放在曾經(jīng)努力教過我的老師的桌位上。我無意中看見Sir在他的桌位上批改我們的作業(yè)，我感到很奇怪。我向前去問Sir再送Sir禮物。Sir的桌上沒有一份禮物，我想沒同學(xué)送Sir禮物。

我問Sir：“Sir，為何不下去看表演呢？”Sir說：“我昨天去洗腎，還沒改你們的作業(yè)，而且考試即將來臨，我擔(dān)心你們趕不上，我必須趕快改好，讓你們回家溫習(xí)?！蔽腋袆拥醚蹨I快從眼眶涌出來了。我立即收回眼淚，忍住。我和Sir說：“那您趕快改好，趕快下來?！盨ir只說：“嗯”。

表演已結(jié)束，Sir果然沒來，我相信他應(yīng)該為了批改作業(yè)而忘記下來吧。一天，我聽到一些“八卦”同學(xué)說：“希望Sir今天沒來教書，每天上他的課我都覺得好悶。”我非常生氣，Sir那么好，他們竟然這樣說Sir。我把那天在教師節(jié)的來龍去脈告訴他們，他們才感到很慚愧，要求我?guī)ьI(lǐng)他們向Sir道歉。

到了辦公室，Sir看見同學(xué)們向他道歉，也很感動。Sir說：“你們無需道歉，只要你們肯努力讀書，你們再如何說我也值得的?！甭牭竭@番話我們感動得擁抱著Sir。

英文日記(篇3)

1.注意日期、星期和天氣的書寫位置.

日期和星期要寫在正文的左上角，其順序多是“星期+月、日、年”，也有把星期放在后面的，如“20xx年11月22日，星期一”可寫為“MondayNovember22，20xx或November22，20xxMonday”.天氣情況應(yīng)寫在正文的右上角，如：Fine，Rainy，Cloudy，Windy等.

2.關(guān)于標題的書寫.

在日期和天氣的下一行中間可以寫上日記小標題，也可以不寫標題.

3.關(guān)于正文的書寫.

正文是關(guān)于一天生活的記載，也是日記的主題.在書寫正文時要做到：

1）要選擇當(dāng)天感受最深刻、最有意義的事件來描述，不要寫成簡單的流水仗；

2）日記的內(nèi)容多是親身經(jīng)歷和耳聞目睹的事情，所以要用第一人稱來寫；

3）日記多是在當(dāng)天晚上來記述當(dāng)天發(fā)生過的事情，因為動詞時態(tài)常使用過去時，但使用時必須靈活掌握，如景物描寫、議論某事、對話引語等要使用現(xiàn)在時態(tài)；

4）日記應(yīng)以時間發(fā)生的先后順序來展開，并且要簡明扼要，條理清楚，寫出真實感.

一.理清思路

你會不會覺得，心情不好時，寫出來的東西就是在傾訴，在發(fā)泄？

在這種情況下，記錄下來一些東西，其實是在幫你理清自己的思路。

因為寫字的時候，你會慢慢進入到理性思維，感性思維還在，但理性思維已經(jīng)可以幫助你找到癥結(jié)所在，讓你不用再為此懊惱。這種客觀的看待和分析，會讓你平和下來。通常，在那些字的末尾，我們還會給自己做積極的心理建設(shè)。你看到的，只是你眼中的世界，并不代表真實。甚至，你分析的，只是用你自己腦子里存儲的知識去分析的，也不代表全面。寫字的好處，我也只能從我自己的經(jīng)驗和思考出發(fā)，給出我的回答。

不要讓大腦蒙混過關(guān)，寫下來，學(xué)著做一名偵探，去找到最接近真實的蛛絲馬跡。

浮躁是現(xiàn)代人的通病，費時費心力的寫下自己的憤怒哀傷，還不如與朋友High歌一場，或是狂吃海喝一番有性價比。選一個娛樂的方式填滿自己的時間，然后進行選擇性遺忘。也許那些糟糕的事情可以靜靜待在你的內(nèi)心深處。但要提醒的是，它們其實伺機而動，尋求著重見天日的機會。

從心理學(xué)的角度上來說，屏蔽掉那些糟糕的事情，也會讓你在心里建立起一堵墻。無奈的是，這堵墻會同時將糟糕的和開心的事情阻隔在你的.心門之外。這種心理防御機制的后果便是，你將變得無比麻木，對于開心的不開心的事情你都沒什么感覺，生活也沒了激情，甚至變得愛無能。

二，了解自己

生活平淡，開心或者無事，寫下來就是流水賬而已，浪費時間。

浪費時間？這個，取決于你怎么定義它

我們最常做的一件事：在電腦上看著電影同時吃著零食并且玩著手機，美名曰，效率。

而效率的高低評價，要在結(jié)果成功的基礎(chǔ)上。如果是一部燒腦電影，看完后你也許根本不知所云。如果是重要的事情要用手機聯(lián)系，或許會因為打錯字、消息發(fā)錯人顯得你不靠譜從而錯過某些機會。而零食的味道你又是否真的體會到了？幾件事情同時做，每件事情都只花了幾分之一的心思，每件事得到的也只有幾分之一。談何效率？

記流水賬也有好處啊。初中時我的日記都是以“今天我……”開頭，然后就是一些流水賬。慢慢地你會在一些小事情上也能發(fā)表一些看法了。譬如你今天在菜里吃到一條蟲，你大可以進行謾罵，然后在這個場景里你或許會看到旁邊的好友，他的反應(yīng)是怎樣的？你對他的反應(yīng)有什么看法么？他今天和你一起做了什么有趣的事情？然后再展開下一個場景。

僅僅因為聯(lián)想，你的大腦就比你想象的要八婆得多，你怎么會覺得自己的大腦空無一物，無事可寫呢？

大腦的思緒紛繁雜亂，一天的起心動念有無數(shù)次，記流水賬可以幫助你捕捉到更多內(nèi)心的想法，覺察到更多生活中的細微真實之處，也會讓你對自己更加了解。要客觀的認識自己一件非常困難的事情，沒有勇氣剖析自己，面對自己的缺點和錯誤，就無法保持一個清醒的頭腦對你手頭的事情做出合理的決斷和處理。

三，知行合一

你覺得自己浮躁嗎？

當(dāng)你無法做一件枯燥但又重要的事情時，不妨試試每天堅持寫下日記隨筆。

寫日記能讓你在一個時間段內(nèi)沉下心來。只要你有欲望，你就想得到，想得到結(jié)果，你就得經(jīng)歷過程，要經(jīng)歷過程，你就要對欲做之事有一個清晰的認識。

你要是暫且還不“知”，寫日記來記錄你的“行”，別人的“行”，慢慢地參考對照，你就自然會“知”。

在你已經(jīng)“知”了一些道理的基礎(chǔ)上，寫日記可以幫助你對一個事物做出檢視，考慮每個環(huán)節(jié)，哪里有問題，哪里需要改 進，促進你對“行”做出修正，直至你得到結(jié)果。結(jié)果的好壞，你也可以在日記中進行衡量。也許在經(jīng)歷之后，你會對“好”與“壞”重新審視一遍，說不定還會發(fā)現(xiàn)“灰”。

3：能力（技能）介紹部分：如果缺乏求職經(jīng)歷,可以將社會求職細節(jié)放在求職經(jīng)歷中,這樣會填補求職經(jīng)驗少的缺陷.比如,在做團支書,學(xué)生會主席等社會求職時組織過什么活動,聯(lián)系過什么事,參與過什么都可以一一羅列.

4：結(jié)尾：求職信的結(jié)尾,應(yīng)注意表達,珍惜求職機會與如果得到職位后將不遺余力的表現(xiàn)決心,希望招聘單位給予自己施展才華的機會等.另外,不要忘了注明正熱切盼望雇主的回復(fù).

6：表示您很想獲得面試機會,而事實上這也是您寫這封來職信的目的,何不言明,爭取獲得這個機會.如果您前赴面試的時間有所限制,也須于信中說明,但不要把時間限制得太緊.

在我看來，這眾多起早晨練的人當(dāng)中，幾乎都是溫飽有余者。他們唯一需要的，就是健康與平安。因此那一身寬大柔軟的綿綢燈籠裝，與似是而非的無名太極拳，便成了他們消耗多余營養(yǎng)的一種形式。而那些身穿橘黃色馬甲的環(huán)衛(wèi)工人們，則沒有如此煩惱。因為他們身上，幾乎是沒有多余的營養(yǎng)。一年四季中，他們之所以一大早就準時出現(xiàn)在大街之上，大多是為了生計；甚至他們的一生，比這些穿練功服的人所付出的努力還要多。

而之所以境況又是如此的不同，也許只是緣于二者之間努力的方向與起步的高度，及其人生的際遇不一樣罷了。

這些無需為生計擔(dān)憂者，他們也許是緣于幼年勤學(xué)，也許是來自少壯努力，也許是得益于家庭背景抑或某種機遇。但我從那些黃馬甲身上看到的并不是怨天尤人，而是一種踏實和滿足，因為，從他們那一招一式的灑掃動作中，除了一種令人欣慰的健康之外，更多的則是一種堅強的品格與坦然的情懷：他們不屈于生活重擔(dān)的壓力、不懼于世俗眼光的歧視、更不計較勞與酬的不成比例……

運動有益于人的健康，但健康同樣也少不了良好的心態(tài)。

因此撂筆之前，我衷心地祝愿穿練功服的與穿黃馬甲的，以及世上一切的好人們，都能活在心地坦蕩與健康平安之中。

按照學(xué)校的慣例，今天下午最后一節(jié)課要召開班會，久別的高中班會不知道在今天發(fā)展成什么樣子了。

這次的班會著讓我震驚，不同于我所熟悉的班會形式，他們的班會由班長主持。首先公布了過去一周的小組量化，倒數(shù)的三個組還要唱班歌以示再接再厲。其次，班里還評選了過去一周的“學(xué)習(xí)之星”和“進步之星”，并且推薦人要陳述推薦理由，最后班主任給這“兩星”獲得者頒發(fā)獎狀，這一項于我來說倒是挺新鮮的。第三項，班長對班內(nèi)過去一周存在的問題，生活上、學(xué)習(xí)上等做簡單說明。班會最后才是辦主任講話，向?qū)W生傳達學(xué)校最新指示，批評存在的問題，表揚表現(xiàn)好的。這才讓我有種似曾相識的感覺。接下來是我的時間，受班主任之托，給班內(nèi)學(xué)生講一下大學(xué)生活的美好，激發(fā)他們的學(xué)習(xí)動力，并介紹一下學(xué)習(xí)英語的技巧和方法。

今天挺老實講名詞性從句的語法課。從接觸語法至今，語法一直讓我很頭疼，語法規(guī)則記了又忘，或者記住了也不會應(yīng)用，從來做題全憑自己的主觀判斷。說好聽點叫語感，其實有時候就是在瞎蒙。已經(jīng)不記得自己的高中語法課是怎么上的了，印象中似乎沒有真正上過語法課，又或者我根本就聽不懂語法課。

這節(jié)課老師把知識點講的很細，我學(xué)到了不少東西，也第一次真正懂了一些語法規(guī)則的內(nèi)涵。就像老師說的，“你的明白為什么選這個而不選那個，不是單純的用漢語翻譯一下通順了就行了，而應(yīng)該用具體的規(guī)則來解釋?！币幌伦幼屛颐┤D開，這些規(guī)則原來就如同數(shù)學(xué)的公式原理，要用他們來做題。只有這樣，做語法題是即使讀不懂句子也能分析出句子的各個成分，也就知道怎么去做題。

真是那句話：學(xué)無止境。對于英語基礎(chǔ)知識差的我正好可以借這個機會好好補補，慢慢掌握用語法規(guī)則來做題。并且要學(xué)會問為什么，搞明白一切，只有這樣才能教會學(xué)生。

由于我的英語指導(dǎo)老師只上一個班的課，一周也只有五節(jié)課，要是再因為什么事情耽擱一下，我一周根本就聽不了幾節(jié)課?？偸窍攵嗦爭坠?jié)課，于是便去聽其他班的課。正好有一個同學(xué)要講課，借此機會便去聽了她的課。

這是一節(jié)講解練習(xí)題的課?？傮w感覺她講的挺好的，很自然，學(xué)生的熱情也很高，課堂氣氛很活躍。對于剛剛走上講臺的我們，能有如此水平已屬不易了。但從她的課中也發(fā)現(xiàn)了一些小的問題，缺少與學(xué)生的眼神交流，并且束縛于講臺。

聽完這節(jié)課收獲頗多，真正看到了“啟發(fā)式”教學(xué)的應(yīng)用，像“看到什么了呀?”“它是什么意思呀?”“看到它你想到了什么呀?”這樣的課堂指令一下子把學(xué)生的思維給激活了，并且可以借此機會充分駕馭課堂。這給我積累了經(jīng)驗和教訓(xùn)，在保證正常的授課外還要注意細節(jié)的把握，如學(xué)生的注意力、興趣等。同時要盡量的擺脫講臺的束縛，走到學(xué)生中間去，給每位學(xué)生直接的眼神交流，還要注意課堂時間的掌控。

總之一句話，在學(xué)習(xí)中進步，一切充分準備。

今天給學(xué)生批給了試卷。總體給我一個感覺：態(tài)度不端正。作為考試，學(xué)生卻以自己的喜好做題，不想做的題就空著，答題也不規(guī)范，作文有的只寫幾句話應(yīng)付了事，有的干脆不寫。

回想自己高中時的學(xué)習(xí)，跟他們似乎是隔了一代。那時候的我們對待考試極其的重視，根本不會出現(xiàn)選擇性做題的情況，可今天的他們又是怎么想的呢?

我知道他們英語基礎(chǔ)很不好，為此我很焦慮，總想著帶給他們點什么，想盡我所能幫助他們，然而卻不知從何處下手。

這些孩子絕對可以說是衣食無憂，并且還是家中的獨生子獨生女。雖然有好的家庭，接受現(xiàn)代化的教育，可為什么基礎(chǔ)還是那么差呢?小學(xué)三年級開始有英語課現(xiàn)在都高一了連一百字的作文都寫不出來。很是詫異今天的學(xué)校教育，素質(zhì)教育下教出的到底是什么樣的人才?雖說是德智體美勞全面發(fā)展，但當(dāng)前的大局勢還沒有改變，還是應(yīng)試教育，還是得考試，有些東西還是得背得記，成績還是會決定命運，可這又能說明說什么呢?

或許我只看到了其中比較差的一面，可這卻是現(xiàn)實存在的問題。他們同樣在接受素質(zhì)教育為什么會有如此大的差距呢?雖然好壞是必然存在的，可他們的優(yōu)勢又在哪呢?

整節(jié)課下來，并沒有預(yù)想的那么難，面對學(xué)生也并不緊張，一切算是按部就班的進行。講完課后也并未有想象的那么累，雖然講到最后幾分鐘嗓子開始發(fā)干，但心情還算平靜，表情也很自然，跟學(xué)生互動也還好。整節(jié)課內(nèi)容很多，沒有控制好時間，只是講到哪算哪。在這節(jié)課后半部分，可能由于單純地講單詞有點枯燥，學(xué)生的熱情也減少了。

課后，跟指導(dǎo)老師溝通了基本的情況，整體上得到了肯定，只是在細節(jié)上還存在很多問題。首先，內(nèi)容上擴展太深，太細，涉及的內(nèi)容超出了學(xué)生的當(dāng)前水平。其次，課堂指令上，對每一個環(huán)節(jié)要進行的內(nèi)容缺乏明確的引導(dǎo)，課堂指令發(fā)送不到位，環(huán)節(jié)過度上太突兀。最后，不了解學(xué)生，對學(xué)生當(dāng)前的水平不了解，對他們的心理也不清楚。

根據(jù)老師提出的幾點建議和自己的反思，也意識到了自己的不足。整節(jié)課節(jié)奏太快，內(nèi)容太多，似乎是在灌輸，沒能讓學(xué)生及時的鞏固。問題總是在所難免的，針對這些問題，要在今后的實踐課中慢慢的糾正，尤其是課堂指令，要留心老師上課所使用的課堂指令，體會不同指令的差別。我相信會越來越好。

年、月、日都寫時，通常以月、日、年為順序，月份可以縮寫，日和年用逗號隔開。例如： December 18, 或者 Dec. 18, 2003

二、日記的要求

日記的正文是日記的主要部分，寫在星期和日期的正下方，可以頂格寫，也可以內(nèi)縮3至5個字母的空間。由于記載的內(nèi)容通常已經(jīng)發(fā)生，謂語動詞多用一般過去時。但也可根據(jù)具體情況，用其它時態(tài)。如：記敘天氣、描寫景色，為了描寫生動，可以使用現(xiàn)在時，以表現(xiàn)當(dāng)時的情景。再如文后發(fā)表感想或評論可用現(xiàn)在時態(tài)或?qū)頃r態(tài)。記日記力求簡單明了，有連貫性。若有文字提示，則應(yīng)重視提示，把握要點。在句式上盡量使用簡單句，以防繁雜，造成語法、句型錯誤。

三、日記的類型和訓(xùn)練

日記分為記事型、議論型、描寫型和抒情型。建議大家在學(xué)習(xí)寫日記的過程中，可按以下步驟進行：

①將一天所經(jīng)歷的主要事情和過程依次簡要地記下來，不附加任何感情色彩，這是最簡單的記日記的方法;
