我們小組遇到的問(wèn)題主要有如下幾方面： 一、有些專(zhuān)有名詞的譯法不一致我想這一點(diǎn)在于每個(gè)人平時(shí)的學(xué)習(xí)環(huán)境和情況都不同，我們也意識(shí)到應(yīng)

該每天都向本組匯報(bào)翻譯情況，遇到的哪怕是一點(diǎn)點(diǎn)極小的問(wèn)題，比如生詞，各種專(zhuān)有名詞等等，都應(yīng)該向全組人員討論，以確保翻譯的時(shí)候達(dá)到一致其實(shí)，這也提醒著我們，應(yīng)該每天增大閱讀量，多看看新聞報(bào)紙以及各種原著，盡可能的增大自己的詞匯量，以及對(duì)于專(zhuān)有名詞正確的翻譯方法

二、“錯(cuò)譯”有的時(shí)候我們發(fā)現(xiàn)大家在做翻譯的時(shí)

候并沒(méi)有達(dá)到100%完全認(rèn)真， 導(dǎo)致譯文出現(xiàn)低級(jí)錯(cuò)誤，其實(shí)我覺(jué)得校對(duì)這一環(huán)節(jié)特別重要，不僅將整篇文章的語(yǔ)言潤(rùn)色， 還可以對(duì)上一個(gè)譯員的翻譯結(jié)果做出評(píng)價(jià)和檢查比如，在校對(duì)中譯英的時(shí)候，翻譯“信奉新教”就進(jìn)行了一番小討論：Protestant和Protestantism經(jīng)過(guò)

在小組合作學(xué)習(xí)中的分組辦法通常有固定分組與動(dòng)態(tài)分組兩種。

（1）固定分組是指可依據(jù)學(xué)習(xí)內(nèi)容和階段學(xué)習(xí)情況的需要，按照學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)水平，智能狀況，個(gè)性特點(diǎn)，組織操作能力以及課型情況等進(jìn)行合理分組。一般有兩種方式：即同質(zhì)編組或異質(zhì)編組。同質(zhì)編組就是將同一層次的學(xué)生編為一組。同質(zhì)編組有利于分層教學(xué)分類(lèi)輔導(dǎo)。異質(zhì)編組則是將不同層次的學(xué)生編在一組。異質(zhì)編組有利于開(kāi)展互幫互助的活動(dòng)。我們?cè)谌粘５挠⒄Z(yǔ)課堂教學(xué)中較多的是采用偶數(shù)的異質(zhì)編組。偶數(shù)的編組利于學(xué)生在進(jìn)行語(yǔ)言操練時(shí)兩人交際和互動(dòng)的需要。另外現(xiàn)在課堂教學(xué)中分層教學(xué)的設(shè)計(jì)還不能每個(gè)環(huán)節(jié)都做到，大多數(shù)的要求和操練都還是面向全體學(xué)生的，因此異質(zhì)編組對(duì)于學(xué)生的互幫互助以及合作完成任務(wù)是非常有利的。

（2）動(dòng)態(tài)分組。小班化教學(xué)中分組教學(xué)應(yīng)用較多，若一成不變，學(xué)生之間過(guò)于熟悉或產(chǎn)生矛盾都會(huì)影響學(xué)生參與小組活動(dòng)的積極性和興趣，以至于影響活動(dòng)完成的質(zhì)量。所以必須要有動(dòng)態(tài)分組來(lái)調(diào)節(jié)和補(bǔ)充。動(dòng)態(tài)分組主要有自愿分組與按見(jiàn)解的不同分成正反兩組。自愿分組有利調(diào)動(dòng)學(xué)生積極參與，活躍課堂氣氛，更好地完成學(xué)習(xí)任務(wù)。按見(jiàn)解的不同分成正、反兩組進(jìn)行爭(zhēng)論與辯論，在爭(zhēng)辯的過(guò)程中主動(dòng)學(xué)習(xí)，弄清問(wèn)題本質(zhì)。固定分組和動(dòng)態(tài)分組是我在小班化采取小組合作學(xué)習(xí)中常用的分組方式，我認(rèn)為兩者無(wú)優(yōu)劣之分，但動(dòng)態(tài)分組在英語(yǔ)課堂教學(xué)中的操作性和可控性都不是很強(qiáng)，應(yīng)針對(duì)不同的教學(xué)內(nèi)容與課型，靈活選擇，交替運(yùn)用，以達(dá)到理想效果。
