Human needs seem endless. (78) When a hungry man gets a meal, he begins to think about an overcoat, when a manager gets a new sports car, a big house and pleasure boats dance into view.
The many needs of mankind might be regarded as making up several levels. When there is money enough to satisfy one level of needs, another level appears.

On the fourth level, a lot of money is spent on services, while on the first three levels more is spent on goods. Will consumers raise their sights to a fifth level of needs as their income increases, or will they continue to demand luxuries and personal services on the fourth level?
A fifth level would probably involve needs that can be achieved best by community action. Consumers may be spending more on taxes to pay for government action against disease, ignorance, crime, and prejudice. After filling our stomachs, our clothes closets, our garages, our teeth, and our minds, we now may seek to ensure the health, safety, and leisure to enjoy more fully the good things on the first four levels.

It is true that a smile means the same thing in any language. So does laughter or crying. There are also a number of striking similarities in the way different animals show the same feelings. 初一單詞量不算很多,本身課程比較輕松,有足夠的時(shí)間,還能應(yīng)付。到了高年級(jí),單詞量增加,課業(yè)加重。學(xué)生再也顧不上單詞了,即使花了很多時(shí)間,單詞還是記不住,這就影響了聽(tīng)說(shuō),閱讀。成績(jī)下降,興趣降低,學(xué)習(xí)跟不上了,最終只好放棄學(xué)習(xí)英語(yǔ)。
老師應(yīng)在學(xué)生開(kāi)始學(xué)英語(yǔ)時(shí)就教學(xué)生科學(xué)背單詞的方法,避免學(xué)生走彎路。我在了解了馬承老師字母,音素,音標(biāo)的三位一體教學(xué)法后,就教學(xué)生根據(jù)音標(biāo)背單詞。當(dāng)對(duì)字母,音標(biāo)熟悉到一定程度,只要會(huì)說(shuō)那個(gè)單詞,就基本上會(huì)拼寫(xiě)這個(gè)單詞??粗~也能準(zhǔn)確的讀出來(lái),學(xué)生不必花大量時(shí)間在單詞上。
老師還可以利用學(xué)生小學(xué)語(yǔ)文課上學(xué)的拼音,把漢語(yǔ)拼音和字母,音標(biāo)建立適當(dāng)?shù)穆?lián)系,有利于學(xué)生快速記住英語(yǔ)音標(biāo)的讀法和寫(xiě)法,能更快入門(mén)。
另外,有些學(xué)生一背單詞,就翻到書(shū)后面的單詞表,逐個(gè)記憶。其實(shí)這種單純記憶單詞是很容易遺忘的。我們老師應(yīng)該引導(dǎo)學(xué)生多讀課文,在課文中背單詞。這樣記下來(lái)的單詞才能活用,也有利于培養(yǎng)學(xué)生的語(yǔ)感。
任何一個(gè)民族都有其獨(dú)特的文化和思維方式以及語(yǔ)言的構(gòu)成方式。西方人的思維、習(xí)慣是有別于咱們中國(guó)人的,英語(yǔ)語(yǔ)言也是有別于漢語(yǔ)的。英語(yǔ)老師都明白這一點(diǎn)。但老師卻沒(méi)重視這種差異給學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)帶來(lái)的困惑。沒(méi)有及時(shí)告訴學(xué)生這些差異,這就容易導(dǎo)致學(xué)生用中國(guó)人的思維方式去理解英語(yǔ)中的一些現(xiàn)象,而且百思不得其解。
我認(rèn)為初一新生一入學(xué)就該明白這一點(diǎn),學(xué)會(huì)接納認(rèn)同其他民族的文化,了解他們的思維方式,樹(shù)立文化差異意識(shí),避免用漢語(yǔ)套英語(yǔ),用漢語(yǔ)的順序說(shuō)英語(yǔ)句子,用中國(guó)人的習(xí)慣去衡量西方人,造成很多考試中的失誤和面對(duì)西方人時(shí)的尷尬。
因此,英語(yǔ)老師在教學(xué)中要注意文化的問(wèn)題,在語(yǔ)言中教文化,在文化中教語(yǔ)言,使二者互相促進(jìn)。文化的學(xué)習(xí)既是外語(yǔ)學(xué)習(xí)的目的,也是外語(yǔ)學(xué)習(xí)的手段。如果英語(yǔ)教學(xué)一旦提升到文化的高度,就會(huì)富有情趣。比如:西方人不喜歡“13”這個(gè)數(shù)字;在中國(guó)人眼里,紅色是喜慶的,而在西方人眼里則是危險(xiǎn)的標(biāo)志。比如東西方人對(duì)贊美的回答,比如中國(guó)人和英國(guó)人在閑聊方面的話題選擇等等都與文化有關(guān)。
很多學(xué)生進(jìn)校時(shí)精力充沛,興趣濃厚,讀英語(yǔ)很賣(mài)力,日子一長(zhǎng),興趣沒(méi)了,聲音小了,到了二,三年級(jí),就成默讀了。有老師抱怨:早讀課比晚自習(xí)還安靜!
習(xí)慣成自然。老師讓學(xué)生一開(kāi)始就養(yǎng)成大聲閱讀的習(xí)慣,并隨時(shí)觀察,發(fā)現(xiàn)學(xué)生有讀不出的時(shí)候要想辦法。我曾在班上給學(xué)生講李陽(yáng)老師拿著喇叭帶領(lǐng)一群人在長(zhǎng)城上喊英語(yǔ)的故事,我也帶領(lǐng)學(xué)生在早上喊讀英語(yǔ),經(jīng)過(guò)幾次練習(xí),也頗有成效。
同時(shí)我在課堂上也要求學(xué)生大聲說(shuō)英語(yǔ)。一個(gè)有趣的活動(dòng)是讓教室里相隔甚遠(yuǎn)的兩個(gè)同學(xué)隨意問(wèn)答,這也可以改變學(xué)生因害羞,害怕而不大聲說(shuō)英語(yǔ)的狀況。
還有就是避免學(xué)文盲英語(yǔ),有的小孩子讀書(shū),嘴里喊得響亮,眼睛沒(méi)看到書(shū)上,即使知道怎么說(shuō),卻寫(xiě)不出來(lái),或者寫(xiě)別字,這種學(xué)法是必須要糾正的。
小學(xué)老師總告訴孩子們,把這記在這里,把那記在那里。中學(xué)老師不會(huì)這樣告訴學(xué)生,這就要學(xué)生知道怎樣做筆記。而且英語(yǔ)知識(shí)點(diǎn)相對(duì)零散,課堂上很容易理解和記住,卻由于不是系統(tǒng)的,所以極容易遺忘,學(xué)生必須時(shí)時(shí)記筆記,經(jīng)常復(fù)習(xí)。有些學(xué)生開(kāi)始沒(méi)養(yǎng)成記筆記的習(xí)慣,后來(lái)明明知道那是該寫(xiě)的東西,卻懶得動(dòng)手??荚嚂r(shí)到處找別人的筆記來(lái)背,其效果當(dāng)然不理想。
所以學(xué)英語(yǔ)之初,就要學(xué)生準(zhǔn)備筆記本,要求他們作筆記,老師還可以不定期檢查,以督促學(xué)生記筆記。
在初學(xué)英語(yǔ)時(shí),老師應(yīng)指導(dǎo)學(xué)生怎么做筆記并形成習(xí)慣,比如:課文里的'短語(yǔ),重要句子,就直接在短語(yǔ),句子下劃線。一些詞,句的轉(zhuǎn)換,就直接把替代的詞句寫(xiě)在該詞句旁邊,這樣可以在課堂上節(jié)約時(shí)間。而一些詞語(yǔ)辨析,重點(diǎn)句型及例句,大塊的語(yǔ)法,比如時(shí)態(tài)等就得寫(xiě)在筆記本上,省得在書(shū)上見(jiàn)縫插針,復(fù)習(xí)時(shí)不好找。另外,學(xué)生應(yīng)在筆記本上寫(xiě)明單元,課題等,以方便查找。
學(xué)生要有一套自己的做筆記的符號(hào),老師也可以介紹一些。比如:短語(yǔ)就劃直橫線,重點(diǎn)句型劃波浪線,重點(diǎn)介詞,連詞等就把該詞劃圈。這樣學(xué)生在讀課文時(shí)就可以重點(diǎn)注意這些有符號(hào)的詞句,在讀書(shū)的同時(shí),也可以把這些知識(shí)點(diǎn)順便過(guò)一遍,比單獨(dú)復(fù)習(xí)省時(shí)省力多了。
我有一個(gè)學(xué)生,她的筆記本上每頁(yè)都在右邊留三分之一或四分之一的空白,每次大考小考復(fù)習(xí)相關(guān)單元時(shí),老師補(bǔ)充的東西就記在這些空白處,真是聰明之至!

英語(yǔ)不僅是一個(gè)學(xué)科,更重要的是它是一門(mén)語(yǔ)言,是人們借以交流的工具,會(huì)聽(tīng),會(huì)說(shuō),會(huì)讀,會(huì)寫(xiě)才算掌握了英語(yǔ)。因此老師首先要培養(yǎng)學(xué)生聽(tīng)說(shuō)讀寫(xiě)的意識(shí)和技能,讓學(xué)生意識(shí)到光靠做題是學(xué)不好英語(yǔ)的。通過(guò)做題可以得高分,但最終將影響英語(yǔ)能力的提高。

預(yù)習(xí),不僅僅是簡(jiǎn)單的看書(shū),英語(yǔ)只要了解基本的句型構(gòu)成,再多背幾個(gè)單詞就可以了。 人長(zhǎng)得越大,記憶力就越是遞減。因此,常常復(fù)習(xí)很重要。不過(guò)不必天天復(fù)習(xí),畢竟我們也沒(méi)有那么多的時(shí)間。你可以把學(xué)的知識(shí)積累下來(lái),利用周末的時(shí)間復(fù)習(xí)。每周都是這樣,一個(gè)月后,來(lái)一次總的復(fù)習(xí),把前四周的內(nèi)容再鞏固一下。如果一個(gè)月后你記住了這些新知識(shí),那么,以后,只要你有空的時(shí)候再看看,就一定可以牢牢記住了。
除了這三點(diǎn),還有三個(gè)“必須”。
1.學(xué)習(xí)必須循序漸進(jìn)。只有地基打牢固了,高樓大廈才不會(huì)傾斜;只有走穩(wěn)了,才會(huì)輕松地跑。學(xué)習(xí)任何知識(shí),必須注重基本訓(xùn)練,要一步一個(gè)腳印,由易到難,扎扎實(shí)實(shí)地練好基本功,不要前面的內(nèi)容沒(méi)有學(xué)懂,就急著去學(xué)習(xí)后面的知識(shí);更不能基本的習(xí)題沒(méi)有做好,就一味去鉆偏題、難題。這是十分有害的。比如學(xué)習(xí)數(shù)學(xué)時(shí),我就先做那些基礎(chǔ)題,熟練的掌握公式,之后再去做那些比較難的題。這樣,你就能打好基礎(chǔ),學(xué)習(xí)成績(jī)自然而然的就上來(lái)了。 2.學(xué)習(xí)必須勤于思考。中學(xué)是一個(gè)重要的學(xué)習(xí)階段。在這個(gè)期間要注意培養(yǎng)獨(dú)立思考的能力。要防止死記硬背。學(xué)習(xí)中要多問(wèn)幾個(gè)為什么。比如學(xué)英語(yǔ),一個(gè)句子可以用多種方法去做,舉一反三,靈活運(yùn)用,使你的大腦思維更加活躍。 3.學(xué)習(xí)必須一絲不茍。學(xué)習(xí)切忌似懂非懂。例如,習(xí)題做錯(cuò)了,這是常有的事,重要的是能自己發(fā)現(xiàn)錯(cuò)誤并改正它。這就要求我們對(duì)解題中的每一步推導(dǎo)能說(shuō)出正確的理由,每一步都要有根據(jù),不能想當(dāng)然,馬馬虎虎。 只要做到了這些,再加上一些自己適合的學(xué)習(xí)方法,相信我的學(xué)習(xí)成績(jī)一定會(huì)提高的,在考試中取得好成績(jī)。

1.不要選擇專(zhuān)業(yè)術(shù)語(yǔ)、專(zhuān)有名詞較多的材料。
專(zhuān)業(yè)術(shù)語(yǔ)之類(lèi)難詞、生僻詞對(duì)于絕大部分同學(xué)來(lái)說(shuō)不需要掌握,因此練習(xí)時(shí)可以忽略掉。而如果選擇的材料中這類(lèi)詞匯較多的話,無(wú)疑給自己設(shè)置了很多不必要的“攔路虎”,會(huì)影響練習(xí)的流暢性,應(yīng)予以避免。
2.注意語(yǔ)段材料的時(shí)效性,時(shí)效性越強(qiáng)越值得練習(xí)。
不宜聽(tīng)寫(xiě)已經(jīng)過(guò)時(shí)的英語(yǔ)語(yǔ)匯內(nèi)容。如一些出自名家之手的英語(yǔ)美文,文采固然是好,但可能是百多年前創(chuàng)作的作品,其中一些用詞,可能現(xiàn)代英語(yǔ)中已經(jīng)不用了,或者用詞比較艱深晦澀,這種材料就只適合單純欣賞,和同學(xué)平時(shí)的英語(yǔ)使用情況相去甚遠(yuǎn),對(duì)大家所面臨的考試更是沒(méi)有針對(duì)性,不適合用來(lái)練習(xí)聽(tīng)寫(xiě)。

常見(jiàn)有人閱讀時(shí)總是一個(gè)詞一個(gè)詞地讀,且常伴有一些習(xí)慣動(dòng)作:用手指、擺頭等,這些都是速讀的障礙 。成組視讀是一種科學(xué)的閱讀方法。它首先要求 把所讀的句子盡可能分成意義較完整的組群,目光要盡可能少 地停頓。試比較: (1)DO/you/read/word/by/word?(目光停頓6次)
(2)Can you read/phrase by phrase?(目光停2次)
其次,讀的時(shí)候不要把目光停在第一個(gè)詞上,而應(yīng)停在第二個(gè)詞上;用兩眼 余光看這個(gè)詞兩側(cè)的詞。眼睛 不要盯在字行上,要高一些,這些映入眼簾的便 是詞組而不是單個(gè)的詞。
第三,讀的時(shí)候要少眨眼、不擺頭,只要眼球來(lái)回轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)就可以了。保持坐姿 端正,書(shū)本應(yīng)放到眼睛正前方 ,眼睛與書(shū)本距離大約一尺為宜。這樣才能保證 同一適當(dāng)距離、同一視角范圍內(nèi)盡可能多地?cái)z入文字信息。如 圖:

熟練的閱讀者在閱讀過(guò)程中能根據(jù)自己閱讀目的、讀物內(nèi)容和文體調(diào)整閱讀 速度,并利用頭腦中已有的相 關(guān)知識(shí),借助盡可能少的文字信息進(jìn)行選擇、推 測(cè)和推理,必要時(shí)還可跳出讀物客觀地判斷作者意圖。這便是 跳讀和略讀。跳 讀和略讀的關(guān)鍵是要抓住文章的開(kāi)頭和結(jié)尾以及各段的關(guān)鍵詞和主題句。主題句 可能在各段開(kāi) 頭也可能出現(xiàn)在結(jié)尾。

我認(rèn)為我作為一個(gè)管理者最重要的是永遠(yuǎn)相信下面的人比我強(qiáng),今天我的工作調(diào)整就是發(fā)現(xiàn)他們的長(zhǎng)處。我覺(jué)得我可以任何東西都不懂,不需要懂得銷(xiāo)售、不需要懂得編程。我所要做的,就是把這些人粘在一起,讓他們每個(gè)都有發(fā)揮的空間,讓他們每個(gè)人都突出自己的優(yōu)勢(shì)。講話吹牛他們吹不過(guò)我,但是他們干活要干得比我好,我就可以吹得更好,講得更好!
每個(gè)人都是有潛力的,我應(yīng)該盡可能的發(fā)現(xiàn)與鼓勵(lì)他們,如果后面有只老虎在追你,你一百米跑出來(lái)的速度,可能自己都想像不到。年輕人只要發(fā)現(xiàn)自己的潛力,充分地發(fā)揮出來(lái),就是很有收獲的。
從培訓(xùn)說(shuō)起,培訓(xùn)不單純是由經(jīng)理來(lái)負(fù)責(zé)講解的,培訓(xùn)應(yīng)該由經(jīng)理進(jìn)行分配,由底下員工互動(dòng)完成就可以。這樣既可以鍛煉到每個(gè)員工的積極性與主動(dòng)性,而且也可以提升與發(fā)揮出該員工餓潛在優(yōu)勢(shì)。
招有天賦的人
企業(yè)要發(fā)展選人很關(guān)鍵,部門(mén)也一樣,一次選人的失敗可能決定了業(yè)績(jī)的60%,我選人需要找有天賦的銷(xiāo)售人員,一個(gè)職業(yè)經(jīng)理人如果需要對(duì)自己的團(tuán)隊(duì)負(fù)責(zé),讓團(tuán)隊(duì)發(fā)展起來(lái)首先先設(shè)定自己選人的標(biāo)準(zhǔn),我對(duì)這個(gè)也是有非常深刻的理解,麥克喬丹是打籃球的明星,他不用人督促都可以自覺(jué)的去打籃球。劉翔長(zhǎng)1.83米他就是為了出現(xiàn)在110米跨欄的冠軍臺(tái)上的。千里馬是不需要督促太多的,因?yàn)樗麄兲焐蜁?huì)有這樣的行為,所以我要從選人上調(diào)整自己的思路,找到有用的人。
小用憑智、大用靠德
是領(lǐng)導(dǎo)的在工作期間就應(yīng)該是領(lǐng)導(dǎo),無(wú)論是從稱(chēng)呼和尊重程度上來(lái)說(shuō)所有的員工都應(yīng)該敬佩與順從。蒙牛老總,牛根生說(shuō)過(guò):小用憑智、大用靠德。有德有才,破格重用;有德無(wú)才、培養(yǎng)使用;有才無(wú)德,限制使用;無(wú)才無(wú)德,堅(jiān)決不用;用心做事,誠(chéng)信做人。
看不到希望的時(shí)候就要不斷學(xué)習(xí)
作為一個(gè)團(tuán)隊(duì)管理者,學(xué)習(xí)是非常重要的,如果一個(gè)人不學(xué)習(xí)就不可能進(jìn)步。員工也一樣,我們現(xiàn)在手頭上拿有兩份存折一份是現(xiàn)在公司給的金錢(qián),一份是自身的能力存折。也就是所謂的你九年內(nèi)什么錢(qián)都賺不到,但是你第十年就可以把你前邊九年的錢(qián)一次性賺完。這個(gè)年頭是學(xué)習(xí)的年代,大家都是知識(shí)份子,誰(shuí)不學(xué)習(xí),誰(shuí)就容易被淘汰。
